A man was found decapitated on the train tracks in an Albany rail yard Friday, police said. 

The man, a 41-year-old, was found on the train tracks near Southeast Seventh Avenue and Southeast Jackson Street at about noon, police spokesman Captain Eric Carter said. Two people called police to report the body, Carter said. 

Police have not publicly identified the man, pending family notification, Carter said. 

No foul play is suspected, Carter said.
