On October 27, Prosegur will distribute the fourth payment, of the four scheduled for this year, of its dividend of more than 68 million euros or 0.124 euros per share, so this new payment will amount to 0.031 euros gross per share, the 25% of the total.

Specifically, Prosegur will pay a maximum total dividend of 68.02 million euros on account of the profits for the 2021 financial year, to be paid in four equal payments, which will be made through the entities participating in the Management Company for Information Systems. Securities Registration, Clearing and Settlement (Iberclear).

Prosegur obtained a net profit of 62 million euros in 2021, a figure 10.9% lower than that of 2020, when it earned 69 million euros. However, the group's consolidated profit remained at 59 million euros and its sales increased by 1%, to 3,498 million euros.
