Quebec developer and property manager Carbonleo will take over the reins of the Quartier DIX30 shopping center in Brossard, which he helped develop more than 15 years ago.

“We are extremely proud to once again become the managers of this unique property,” said Nicolas Désourdy, executive vice-president, in a press release on Thursday.

With the arrival of a new REM station near the shopping center, the developer intends to make the place a “Pedestrian Oriented Development” in collaboration with the City of Brossard to facilitate its accessibility on foot.

By taking over the complete management of Quartier DIX30, Carbonleo now takes care of operations, space rental, but also the development and promotion of the property.

The management team also remained the same after the change of developer at the head of the commercial complex.
