The house was to be moved in the next few days and was already resting on a trailer to facilitate the transfer.

The authorities' investigation reveals that an altercation took place between the owner and an individual the day after the theft.

Matthew Malley was arrested for theft under $5,000 and assault with a weapon and will appear on July 18 in Provincial Court.

However, despite the arrest, authorities are still searching for the house.
