For its part, the profile of Financial Director or Chief Financial Officer (CFO), the second most important executive of a company, can earn between 80,000 euros per year in small companies in industrial sectors to more than 175,000 in large pharmaceutical companies, banking or new technologies.

According to this report, the Human Resources manager can receive a salary that ranges from 75,000 euros in SMEs dedicated to logistics to more than 160,000 euros per year in large technology companies.

The report also analyzes other senior management profiles. The director of Sustainability can earn between 70,000 euros in small companies in the food or retail industry up to more than 170,000 in large pharmaceutical companies, a figure very similar to what a Marketing director can receive, depending on the sector and the size of the company. company.
