Videotron's phone shops are gradually offering a new service for entrepreneurs

This new concept allows Videotron franchise partners to provide services to their business customers, via account managers available seven days a week in store or virtually.

"The new Videotron stores equipped with entrepreneurs' counters have account managers in their teams who are able to take charge of all telecommunications business solutions and offer entrepreneurs a tailor-made local service that allows them to operate with ease”, detailed in a press release France-Éliane Nolet, Vice-President Business Revenue and Retail Network at Videotron.

“This component is of great importance to us, who have been involved for a long time with entrepreneurs through, in particular, the awarding of Pierre-Péladeau scholarships and the creation of the asterX venture capital unit. With this addition to the service offer, Videotron is better equipped than ever to meet the telecommunications needs of citizens and businesses,” added Quebecor President and CEO Pierre Karl Péladeau.

For the moment, 36 of the 124 stores in the network have a counter dedicated to entrepreneurs, a number which should rise to 58 by the end of the year.
