SUV strikes pedestrian, keeps going, police report

A silver or gray SUV struck a pedestrian's left arm at 7:51 p.m. Monday on Route 378 in Lower Saucon Township and didn't stop, police said.

The man wasn't badly hurt and refused treatment after the incident near Mountain Drive, township police said. He was hit either by the passenger side mirror or the passenger side of the SUV, police said.

The SUV kept driving north toward Bethlehem, police said.
