Telefónica, Atresmedia, Clínica Baviera and 5 other companies will give 930 million in dividends next week

Telefónica, Atresmedia, Clínica Baviera and five other companies will distribute around 936 million euros in dividends over the next week, according to data compiled by Europa Press.

Proeduca Altus will give the starting signal this Monday, with the distribution of a dividend of 0.3320 gross euros per share on account of the year ended August 31, 2022 and the year ending August 31, 2023, which means distribute around 15 million euros.

Subsequently, on December 13, Altia Consultores will distribute around 1.65 million euros, for its gross interim dividend of 0.2400 euros, as well as Trivium Real Estate Socimi, which will give its shareholders a gross dividend of 0.1562 euros, which brings the total amount to 786,804 euros.

For its part, Atresmedia will distribute 0.18 euros gross per title on Wednesday, bringing the total amount to 40 million euros, while Miquel and Costas

However, Telefónica will be the company that delivers the largest amount among its shareholders. The company's board of directors agreed at the beginning of November that the first payment of the dividend in cash amounting to 0.15 euros gross would take place on December 15, the day on which it will pay around 866.28 million euros.

Telefónica plans to remunerate the shareholder with a dividend of 0.30 euros per share on account of the results of 2022. The second payment of 0.15 euros per share in cash will be made in June 2023, after the adoption of the corporate resolutions by part of the general meeting of shareholders of Telefónica.

Also on December 15, Desarrollos Especiales de Sistemas de Anclaje (Desa) will pay a gross dividend of 0.280 euros per title charged to unrestricted reserves, representing a total of 500,000 euros.

Finally, Clínica Baviera will close the week, distributing on Friday a payment of 0.50 gross euros per title on account of its 2022 results. In total, it will distribute 8.15 million euros.
