Martina Navratilova announced on Monday that she has double throat and breast cancer against which she is preparing to "fight with everything" she has, according to the WTA website.

“This double blow is serious, but still reversible,” announces the 66-year-old former player, quoted by the WTA.

“I hope for a favorable outcome. It's going to stink for a while, but I'm going to fight with everything I have, ”assures the former world No.1 with 59 Grand Slam titles (singles, doubles and mixed doubles combined), who had already defeated a breast cancer appeared in 2010.
