The AEB agrees with the CCOO and UGT a salary increase for bank employees of 4.5% by 2023

MADRID, 29 Nov. (EUROPA PRESS) -

AEB has agreed with the CCOO and UGT a salary increase for bank employees of 4.5% by 2023, compared to the 1.25% provided for in the collective agreement, as reported by the unions through a statement.

These two unions represent 71.38% of the workforce and the negotiation has taken place within the framework of the reopening of the current collective agreement, whose current validity extends until December 31, 2023.

Once the final CPI data and corporate profits for 2022 are known, both unions plan to urge the reopening of the Observatory and, where appropriate, that of the negotiating committee of the agreement to adopt new compensatory measures.
