The CNMV authorizes Fundeen as a European provider of crowdfunding services

MADRID, 21 Dic. (EUROPA PRESS) -

The National Securities Market Commission (CNMV) has authorized the fintech platform Fundeen as a European provider of participatory financing services.

The purpose of this authorization is to normalize participatory financing services based on the 'crowdfunding' and 'crowdlending' models, with which the approval of the CNMV "opens the doors to the internationalization" of the firm.

Founded in 2017, Fundeen was born to help investors and promoters to develop projects related to renewable energies through 'crowdfunding'.

"Being one of the first platforms with a European license in Spain is a big step, marking a before and after in the company. The CNMV license is much more than just adapting to the new European regulation. It represents a big step for all investors who decide to trust our platform, offering them even greater protection. For us, it means opening other doors for us, unlocking horizons", highlighted the co-founder and director of operations of the fintech, Adrián Bautista.
