The Ibex 35 has started the session this Wednesday with a fall of 1.19%, reaching 9,389.52 points, in a scenario that continues to be marked by the presentation of results and the publication of macroeconomic data.

Before the market opened, the Oceanwood fund announced that it was increasing the number of shares it seeks to sell in Unicaja Banco to 187.5 million, at a rate of one euro per title, after taking the decision on Monday to partially leave the entity to through an accelerated title placement process.

Among the macroeconomic references, in the Madrid parquet he had breakfast with the publication of unemployment and social security affiliates in the month of July.

In the early stages of this session, the biggest increases within the Ibex 35 were recorded by Acciona (0.32%) and Fluidra (0.05%), while on the other side the steepest declines were recorded by Unicaja Banco ( -5.84%), Meliá Hotels (-3.52%), Banco Sabadell (-1.55%) and Grifols (-1.48%).

The main European stock markets also opened this Wednesday with a negative sign: 1.22% for Frankfurt, 1.18% for Paris, 0.82% for London and 1.12% for Milan.
