The Ibex 35 has started the session this Friday with a rise of 0.23%, which has led the selective to 9,717.38 points, in the midst of a wave of business results, including those of CaixaBank, BBVA, Fluidra, IAG , Sacyr and Cepsa, among other large companies.

The Madrid selective reached the level of 9,700 at the opening after knowing that the Spanish economy grew by 0.4% between April and June, which is one tenth less than in the previous quarter, while its interannual rate moderated by more than two points, from 4.2% in the first quarter to 1.8% in the second, due to the lower contribution of the foreign sector.

Likewise, the Consumer Price Index (CPI) in Spain increased by 0.1% in July in relation to the previous month and raised its interannual rate by four tenths, up to 2.3%, mainly due to the rise in fuel prices and tour packages.

In the early stages of this session, the biggest increases within the Ibex 35 were recorded by Cellnex Telecom (5.27%), IAG (2.32%), CaixaBank (1.73%) and Indra (0.61%) , while on the opposite side the most pronounced decreases were registered by Fluidra (-1.8%) and Iberdrola (-1.04%).

The main European stock markets opened this Friday with a mixed sign: London rose 0.16%, while Frankfurt, Paris and Milan lost 0.28%, 0.16% and 0.15%, respectively.

At the opening of the stock market, the price of a barrel of Brent quality oil, a reference for the Old Continent, fell 0.21%, to 83.61 dollars, while Texas stood at 79.94 dollars, a 0.19% less.

In the foreign exchange market, the price of the euro against the dollar stood at 1.0979 'green bills', while the Spanish risk premium was around 102.9 basis points, with the interest required on the 10-year bond at 3.563%.
