The Ibex 35 dawns with a rise of 0.26% and maintains 9,300 points after the CPI of Spain

The Ibex 35 has started the session this Wednesday with a rise of 0.26%, which has led the selective to 9,355.52 points, after learning that the CPI for Spain increased by 0.6% in June in relation to the previous month and cut its year-on-year rate by 1.3 points, to 1.9%, its lowest level since March 2021.

In addition, investors will remain attentive to the intervention of the chief economist of the European Central Bank (ECB), Philip Lane, in the United States.

For its part, at the end of this week the season of business results will start with the big US banks at the helm through entities such as JP Morgan, Well Fargo and Citigroup.

In the early stages of this session, the biggest increases within the Ibex 35 were recorded by Naturgy (1.2%), Banco Sabadell (1.06%), Solaria (0.78%), Banco Santander (0.69% ) and Telefónica (0.43%), while those of Grifols (-1.25%) and IAG stood out on the decrease side, whose shares lost 1.17% at the start of the trading day.

The main European markets have also opened this Wednesday with a positive sign: 0.51% for Milan, 0.4% for Paris, 0.38% for Frankfurt and 0.36% for London.

In the raw materials market, the price of a barrel of Brent fell 0.08%, to 79.34 dollars, while the West Texas Intermediate (WTI) fell to 74.79 dollars, 0.05% less .

In the debt market, the yield of the Spanish bond with a maturity of 10 years stood at 3.675%, with the risk premium reaching 103.4 basis points, while in the currency market, the euro was exchanged at 1 ,1025 dollars.
