The Ibex 35 has started the session this Tuesday with a rise of 1.1%, which has led the selective to recover the level of 9,000 points, in a day in which investors will be awaiting the statements in Frankfurt of the president of the European Central Bank (ECB), Christine Lagarde.

After closing yesterday at 8,906 points, the Madrid selective started the session at 9,006.5 points, with the main European stock markets also in green.

In the early stages of the session on Tuesday, all the values ​​registered increases, especially Santander (1.9%), IAG (1.85%), BBVA (1.82%) and Grifols (1.82%).

The rest of the European stock markets opened with increases of 1% for Paris and Milan, 0.77% for Frankfurt and 0.69% for London.

At the opening of the stock market, the price of a barrel of Brent quality oil, a reference for the Old Continent, fell 0.12%, to 77.67 dollars, while Texas stood at 72.93 dollars, a 0.16% more.

In the foreign exchange market, the price of the euro against the dollar stood at 1.0811 'green bills', while the risk premium was around 102.2 basis points, with the interest required on the 10-year bond at the 3.318%.
