The Ibex 35 has started the session this Wednesday with a fall of 0.5%, which has led the selective to stand at 9,200.63 points at 9:02 a.m., on a day in which investors will be awaiting results companies, including Iberdrola, and the publication of the minutes of the last monetary policy meeting of the United States Federal Reserve (Fed).

In this way, after losing 0.31% yesterday, the Madrid index began the session clinging to the psychological level of 9,200 points, with most of the values ​​in the red, led by Grifols, which dropped 5.43 % after accepting the resignation of the until now CEO of the company, Steven F. Mayer, for health and personal reasons, and appointing Thomas Glanzmann to the position.

Behind were ArcelorMittal (-1.6%), Acerinox (-1.58%), Naturgy Energy (-1.42%) and Unicaja Banco (-1.36%), while on the opposite side Iberdrola advanced 0.09% after presenting their accounts.

The rest of the European stock markets opened with falls of 0.1% for Frankfurt, 0.5% for London and 0.3% for Paris.

Likewise, the price of a barrel of Brent quality oil, a reference for the Old Continent, stood at a price of 82 dollars, with a decrease of 0.9%, while Texas stood at 75 dollars, with a fall from 1%.

Finally, the price of the euro against the dollar stood at 1.0655 'greenbacks', while the Spanish risk premium stood at 104 basis points, with the interest required on the ten-year bond at 3.599%.
