The Ibex 35 has closed this Monday with a slight rise of 0.09%, reaching 9,274 points, with investors awaiting the traditional central banking forum held by the European Central Bank (ECB) in Sintra (Portugal), which will have the intervention of the president of the organization, Christine Lagarde.

This banking forum, which will last until Wednesday, will include the participation in the last day of the president of the Federal Reserve of the United States (Fed), Jerome Powell, who will also attend an act of the Bank of Spain in Madrid this Thursday.

In this first session of the week, it was revealed that the confidence of German businessmen fell in June for the second consecutive month, as reflected in the index prepared by the Munich Institute for Economic Research (Ifo), which stood at 88 .5 points from 91.5 last month, its worst reading since November 2022.

At the end of the session, the biggest increases were from Acciona Energía (2.74%), Acciona (1.46%), Banco Sabadell (1.45%), BBVA (1.44%) and Fluidra (1.34 %).

On the opposite side, IAG has yielded 1.51% and Bankinter 1.3%, although its shares were listed today without the right to the dividend that it will distribute this Wednesday. Without this effect, their titles have risen 0.33%. Behind, Laboratorios Rovi has subtracted 0.96% and Logista 0.74%.

The main European markets have ended with a mixed sign: London and Frankfurt have discounted 0.11% each, while Milan has advanced 0.12% and Paris 0.29%. For their part, the Wall Street indices recorded slight losses at the close of the European stock market.

In the commodity market, the price of Brent rose 0.16% to $73.93 a barrel, while West Texas Intermediate (WTI) was trading flat at $69.17.

In the debt market, the yield on the Spanish bond with a 10-year maturity stood at 3.264%, with the risk premium of around 96 basis points, while in the currency market the euro appreciated 0.15%. with respect to the 'green ticket' and was exchanged at 1.0909 dollars.
