MADRID, 18 Nov. (EUROPA PRESS) -

The purchase and sale of homes rose 6.9% last September in relation to the same month of 2021, to add 57,333 operations, its highest figure in a month of September since 2007, when more than 61,700 purchases were exceeded, as reported by this Friday the National Institute of Statistics (INE).

92.4% of the homes transferred by sale in the ninth month of the year were free homes and 7.6% were protected.

In monthly terms (September over August), the sale of homes did not change, since 57,327 operations were carried out in August, almost the same as in September (57,333).

In the first nine months of the year, the sale of homes has increased by 18.3%, with increases of 21.3% in the case of second-hand homes and 6.6% in new homes.
