The Administrative Labor Tribunal (TAT) orders the pre-hospital employees of Urgences-Santé to report to work.

The TAT rendered its decision on Saturday evening, following a request for intervention from Urgences-Santé.

Under this decision, the court therefore orders the union to ensure that their members return to work as normal. The CSN is also called upon to publicly and immediately affirm its intention to respect the decision of the TAT.

The TAT also orders workers to comply with protective measures and perform their usual work duties.
