Tier1 reduces its benefit by 24% until July

MADRID, 27 Oct. (EUROPA PRESS) -

Tier1, a technology company listed on BME Growth, has reduced by more than 24% the profit attributed to the parent company between January and June to earn 593,000 euros, according to its semi-annual report on financial results presented this Thursday.

The company has invoiced 8.6 million euros in that period, 4.8% more than in the first half of 2021, and its accounts continue to be above the results prior to the pandemic.

Tier1 has recorded a gross operating profit (Ebitda) of just over one million euros, which represents a fall of 15.3% compared to the same period of the previous year.

The company has recorded the highest sales volume in a semester in its history thanks to the momentum of its software business and the 2021 integrations.

Likewise, growth of 18% has also been noted in the private sector and more than 30% in the industry and services vertical, although business from the public sector, considered non-strategic, has fallen by 42%.

In its presentation of results, the firm has also highlighted its financial position with a "significant" amount of cash (2.5 million euros in cash), which exceeds the debt, based mainly on very long-term soft loans.
