Strong gusts and hail were reported.

Hydro-Quebec reported more than 30,000 power outages, especially in Estrie and central Quebec.

A severe thunderstorm watch was still in effect Thursday evening in the Rimouski wildlife reserve sector and the Mont-Joli sector.
