Game 3 of the World Series between the Houston Astros and the Philadelphia Phillies will ultimately not take place Monday night, because the weather does not permit it in Pennsylvania.

It was supposed to be the first matchup of the final leg of Major League Baseball's 2022 season at Citizens Bank Park. The two teams had exchanged honors in the two clashes presented at Minute Maid Park.

Game 3 will instead be played on Tuesday, while Game 4 will be played on Wednesday and Game 5 on Thursday. If necessary, Game 6 and Game 7 will take place on Saturday and Sunday in Houston, respectively.
