Zamora Company, owner of brands such as Licor 43, Ramón Bilbao, Martin Miller's Gin or Mar de Frades, expects to close 2022 with a record turnover of 266 million euros, which is 21% more than the revenue recorded last year. as reported in a statement.

The company has ensured that these data reinforce the "good progress" of business activity, which plans to close 2022 with improved profitability in its main brands. Thus, in the last four years, the firm has increased its net profit by 142%, from 6.8 million euros in 2019 to the 16.4 million euros forecast for this year.

Regarding the evolution of the group's consolidated sales in recent years, the registered increase is 28%, going from 208 million euros in 2019 to 266 million euros in 2022.

"In an environment of uncertainty like the one we are living in, these data confirm that one of our greatest strengths is the quality of our premium spirits and wine brands, and their acceptance by consumers," said the CEO of Zamora Company, Javier Pijoan.

In this way, the owner of Licor 43, Ramón Bilbao, Martin Miller's Gin or Mar de Frades plans to close this year with a gross operating result (Ebitda) of 40.1 million euros.

Regarding the markets, the company's sales in the current year have registered an increase of 25.6% in the international business, which now accounts for 51% of global turnover and income from the Spanish market, 49%.

"The focus on the development of international markets and the construction of brands is offering very significant results", assured Pijoan.

Regarding the percentage of sales of the spirits portfolio, the company expects to reach 59% in 2022, while wine brands will account for 41% of sales.

Thus, the main key markets for the company are Spain, the United States, Germany, the Netherlands, the United Kingdom, Mexico, Brazil, Colombia and Canada.

Zamora Company has indicated that these results respond to the growth experienced by all brands, especially the main ones. Thus, Licor 43 increases its net sales by 33% and Ramón Bilbao grows by 32%, while Martin Miller's Gin and Mar de Frades also show a positive evolution.

In this way, the company will close 2022 with a portfolio made up of spirits brands (Licor 43, Martin Miller's Gin, Lolea, Yellow Rose, Zoco, Villamasa, El Afilador and Thunder Bitch, Berezko and Gressy) and wine brands (Ramón Bilbao, Mar de Frades and Cruz de Alba), in addition to distributing other references.
