In a paper published Wednesday, the two EU agencies have issued a series of guidelines to "ensure the safety of airline passengers and the staff of the aviation sector at the time of the resumption of the flight programs".

The agencies recommend the wearing by all passengers and the airline staff of medical masks, since their entry in the airport of departure until arrival at the destination, with a possible exception for children under six years of age.
