iWantic, the Digital and Technological Profiles Personnel Selection Agency, has appointed Jose David Arellano as Team Leader in Spain within the Development and Programming Division. He will be responsible for managing a team of Recruiters with the specialties of Management and leadership profiles, QA, PHP and Python. The Software Development Profiles Division within which Jose David Arellano becomes Team Leader, has grown by 110 percent compared to the previous year. Within this Division there are specialist Recruiters in different areas such as; Java, Front End, .net, Qa, php, Python, Full stack, Ruby, C and management profiles (teach lead, Development Director, Project Manager, etc). This Division is constantly evolving since the technologies in which they are specialized have new methodologies, models, frameworks and technologies every day. Therefore, iwantic intends, with this new appointment, to put a greater focus on the specialization of each Recruiter and thus be able to improve the service and advice to each client, offering high knowledge, speed and the right candidates. Jose David Arellano began his career in the human resources area of a Retail multinational to later sign for iwantic and thus strengthen the Development profiles area. He quickly stood out for his ability to understand what clients needed and a strong orientation towards the candidate. He has also developed significant growth in his leadership due to his high level of demand, empathy and ability to train new talent within iwantic. iWantic faces the last quarter of the year with strong growth in processes compared to the previous year and in the evolution of this 2022. One of the Divisions that attracts the most clients is Development and Programming, which is why iwantic wanted to have the ideal professional for knowledge, experience and ambition. And with this, develop a team with strong growth and great skills in Personnel Selection focused on Developers. The General Management expects this area to double in size in a year and to continue offering greater specialization with the incorporation and training of new Recruiters in this team.
