BOSTON, Oct. 27, 2022 /PRNewswire/ -- OverIT, leaders in FSM, has reached an agreement with Naturgy, a leading multinational company in the gas and electricity sectors, through its international power generation subsidiary Global Power Generation (GPG ), to offer remote assistance to its technicians during maintenance tasks at wind farms in Chile and combined cycle gas plants in Mexico, planning to extend it to other countries.
With this project, GPG hopes to increase the safety of its technicians, enabling hands-free operation (even in high-risk environments) receiving remote support in real time through Augmented Reality; drive efficiency through digital work instructions and access to the corporate knowledge base; and reduce the time and costs associated with transfers, with remote assistance.
