Amsterdam, October 26, 2022 – Philips, a leading health technology company, will present its latest advances in the treatment of stroke patients during the 14th World Stroke Congress (WSC 2022), which takes place from October 26 to 29 in Singapore. Philips comprehensive solutions help advance stroke care through early detection and streamlined workflow that reduce treatment time, a key factor in delivering the best outcomes for stroke patients.

Today, Wednesday, October 26, Philips will host a satellite symposium featuring talks from leading experts in clinical stroke care from 12:00 to 1:00 p.m. in Hall Summit 2 of the World Stroke Congress. Solutions for the treatment of stroke

Supporting remote post-stroke telemetry, the Philips ePatch device replaces conventional Holter monitor setup with a small, discreet body sensor and patch attached to the patient's sternum for up to 14 days of continuous recording and discharge quality of the electrocardiogram (ECG) for a reliable diagnosis [6] of patients with atrial fibrillation (AF).
