Skiller Academy has presented the HR Tech Map update at the VI Edition of the Talent Summit. Specialized collaborators in each of the categories have participated in the preparation of the map with the opinion of more than a hundred professionals
This Monday, at the VI Edition of the Talent Summit, Juan Antonio Muñoz-Gallego, co-founding partner of Skiller Academy, presented the updated HR Tech Map, a map of technologies in talent recruitment and management. This study, in which specialists from each of the categories have collaborated, brings together the opinion of more than a hundred professionals in the HR area.
With the creation of this map, Skiller Academy highlights the most used technologies in talent management in Spain, as well as the national startups that are revolutionizing the area.
According to Muñoz-Gallego, "technology in HR will have enormous growth. Companies that use it will see an evolution in efficiency and productivity. Likewise, professionals will develop technological skills to address a current work environment with organizations with structures flat, dynamic and distributed teams. The Studio is the incredible result of the efforts of many professionals".
Susana Farrán, head of the Talent Summit, commented on the Skiller Academy's HR Tech Map, which is "a great contribution that contributes even more to knowing and sharing the solutions that the company needs to address the transformation in which we are immersed" .
The Talent Summit is the "largest event in initiatives that work and provide solutions to develop, manage and value the talent of teams". Every year, the Fundación Transforma España brings together the best startups, specialized initiatives, experts and HR professionals from large companies, to learn about and set the guidelines for people management in the country.
This year the meeting has been held at the Meeting Place in Madrid and will have a second date on November 23 at the Malaga Fair and Congress (FYCMA).
