In April 2021, the European Commission published the draft of the new Machine Safety Regulation: link. This new Regulation, whose entry into force is expected to take place between the end of this year and next 2023, will repeal the current Directive 2006/ 42/CE and will introduce significant changes in the field of machine safety, adapting to the technological advances that are taking place.
