This collaborative work promoted by the UNIVERSITAS XXI International Foundation, will be presented on November 3, 2022 at 7:00 p.m. at the Madrid Campus of the Rey Juan Carlos University.

The "White Paper on Gender Equality in Business" is a work promoted by the UNIVERSITAS XXI International Foundation in which ten Spanish public universities, one Colombian university and the companies Auren and UNIVERSITAS XXI S.T.U. The book is structured in eleven chapters and two annexes with good practices on the matter. The work aims to be a strategic instrument that raises awareness and makes equality between women and men visible with a practical and transformative vision of 21st century society. Topics of interest such as equality in the company are addressed from the perspective of the Sustainable Development Goals, decent work and the just ecological transition; the normative context in terms of equality; the preparation of equality plans; positive actions as an instrument to achieve effective equality; The reconciliation of personal, family and work life; sexual and gender-based harassment or equality in the field of universities, among others. The following organizations have participated in the Academic Committee of the "White Paper on Gender Equality in the Company": University of Alicante, University of Cádiz , University of Castilla-La Mancha, University of Huelva, University of Malaga, National Open and Distance University – UNAD Colombia, University of Oviedo, Polytechnic University of Cartagena, Rey Juan Carlos University, Rovira i Virgili University, University of Seville, Auren and UNIVERSITAS XXI S.T.U. The Committee has been coordinated by Dª. Pilar Charro Baena, Professor of the Department of Labor Law and Social Security at the Rey Juan Carlos University. The presentation ceremony will be held on November 3, 2022 at 7:00 p.m. on the Madrid Campus of the University Rey Juan Carlos. The act is presented by the Rector of the Rey Juan Carlos University, Mr. Javier Ramos and Mr. Santos Pavón, President of the UNIVERSITAS XXI International Foundation.
