Deutsche Post makes delimitation of employment contracts dependent on sick days of an employee. The Swiss Post furr writes that employee may "cause at most two self-inflicted car accidents with a maximum damage of 5,000 euro". Moreover, in three months, postmen may not have used more than 30 hours longer for ir tours than intended.

A spokesman for Deutsche Post confirmed group's guidelines, but he spoke of a "responsible" Entfristungs policy: "The criteria take into account interests of company, which are balanced, comprehensible and based on objective features. Peter Weiß (CDU), spokesman for Labour market policy and chairman of Union's Workers ' group, also criticized entfristungs policy of Swiss Post: "A catalogue of criteria as it stands is a nonsense and human resources Department of a large company is unworthy."
