Japan beat China in June as the largest foreign holder of us public debt, according to data from the Department of the Treasury of the united States collected by EFE Dow Jones.
The values of the u.s. Treasury in the hands of Japan increased in 21.900 million dollars ($19.760 million euros) and amounted to € 1,12 billion dollars (around 1.01 billion euros).
The titles in the power of China grew by 2,300 million dollars ($2.075 million), up 1.1 trillion dollars (0,9 billion euro).
China has been the largest foreign creditor of the united states during the greater part of the last decade.
