Madrid, April 13, 2023.- The communicator, model and athlete Jaime Astrain (Madrid 1988) attended the inauguration of the new store of the Spanish men's fashion firm Boston in Seville last night, in an event that brought together numerous personalities from Seville society, who did not want to miss the opening of the new boutique store of the well-known brand in the central Sierpes street.
Passionate about sports and fashion, the model expressed his satisfaction for acting as master of ceremonies in an act attended by guests of different kinds such as businessmen, authorities, clients and influencers. “I have had the opportunity to get to know the firm more closely, and it is a brand that I would recommend to everyone. Its quality, its designs and its personality are classed with honors. The clothes completely match my idea of being comfortable and elegant at the same time. They are garments for day to day and for any special occasion”, he points out.
Jaime Astrain also attended the inauguration as Boston's new ambassador, a facet related to the world of fashion that has occupied a large part of his professional projects since he retired from soccer at the age of 27. “Fashion fully entered my life working as a model a few years ago when I left football but I have always been linked to it. It is not only the fact of dressing well and feeling comfortable, it is a very important cover letter. Of which more Many things are transmitted with the way you dress and it gives you that security that you need at certain times ”, he affirms.
In addition to working in the fashion sector, sport is still very present in his life, and he combines it with other facets in which he is a talk show host, presenter and influencer. According to him, Jaime loves to challenge himself daily and do things that he has not done before: “Now I am putting more energy into the subject of communication and it makes me vibrate and feel fulfilled. Everything has its moment and requires the necessary time. I would say that I don't like to focus on just one thing as long as I know how to balance it”.
The athlete, who will carry out different collaborations with the Boston firm this season, also spoke about other professional projects and dreams that he would like to fulfill: "Presenting an entertainment or sports program would be something that would make me very happy, and also presenting the bells, it is something that I mentioned a couple of years ago and that if it comes to pass it would be because I have previously done things well ”.
On a personal level, things cannot go better. To his multifaceted professional career we must add his recently released fatherhood, which he defines as "brutal": "The accumulation of sensations and feelings is very extreme and, no matter how much they tell you, until you experience it you are not aware of it. Life has changed us as expected but for the better. These are hard moments and complex situations that are forgotten with a simple smile from your daughter”.
Jaime Astrain also dedicated some affectionate words to his partner Lidia Torrent: “she is the best mother my daughter could have. Knowing her, he had no doubt that she would be like that. She has the 'mother gene' since she was little when she took care of her brother and she is a very protective person who cares about everything and everyone ”.
Regarding whether they plan to go down the aisle or give her a little brother in the future, the couple is clear that for the moment their priority is to see their daughter grow up healthy and strong: “I don't think there is more commitment than a daughter. Tomorrow we will see what steps we take, we want to enjoy it to the fullest and focus all our attention on it”.
Little Elsa, who is named after her maternal grandmother, is only a few months old but she already has certain similarities: "The eyes are supposed to be Lidia's and the rest (nose, mouth and face shape) is more me, although, unfortunately for my ego, this changes every week”, comments Jaime.
Although he does not have much time, the athlete and model always tries to reconcile and reconcile his professional and family life: "I try to make them go hand in hand as much as possible, and if it can't be like that, I make the time he has to be away for work as little as possible to come home and be with my five-month-old daughter. These are the most important moments and I don't want to miss them”.
Jaime Astrain considers himself a lucky person, "I only ask life for health for my daughter and my loved ones", who also likes to enjoy the simple things: "I like to be with my people, have a drink on a terrace and , of course, being able to escape to Almería and connect with myself recharging batteries”.
Lastly, the model and athlete tells how he plans to spend his first summer as a father: “I really want to swim with my daughter on the beach and in the pool. I would love to instill that love for the sea and my land. We haven't planned our vacations yet, but Almería falls for sure. We will also go to Barcelona with Lídia's family and some other getaway to the south. And, if everything goes well, there is a long trip that we will take in September with the little one and I am really looking forward to it ”, he concludes.
