The Foundation executes the TándEM Program through two initiatives called Link Spaces 1 and 2, developed in Madrid, Zamora and Ciudad Real. The program is part of the Recovery, Transformation and Resilience Plan, in youth employment investment, led by the Ministry of Labor and Social Economy, with the participation of the State Public Employment Service (SEPE). They are training projects alternated with employment in fields related to artistic specialties, among others.

The Responsible Social Development Foundation (Munus Foundation) is the promoter of a series of projects called Link Spaces 1 (for Madrid and Castilla la Mancha) and Link Spaces 2 (for Madrid and Zamora). Some projects subsidized by the Government of Spain through the NextGeneration EU funds and that will mean the possibility of alternating training with employment for 105 unemployed young people, in specialties such as live and direct Musical and Visual Animation, Construction Technical Assistant and Assembly of Scenic Projects, Interpretation Skills for acting among other specialties and a specific one on Masonry and painting for the municipality of Colmenarejo (Madrid).

The program involves a first part of training for students for 3 months and then a second phase of alternating with employment for 9 months in which the participants will be hired. A project that is starting now and that will last until March 2024 and regarding which the President of the Foundation, Alberto Herreros, points out that "the center and focus of everything is the young person and how through the arts, and with their own methodologies , we hope to generate transformative trajectories for them and their communities of reference".
