During a Gala dinner with the presence of more than 100 attendees, the leading Insurance and Assistance company once again celebrates its 'Best Provider Award'. This time, recognizing the 7 best providers of its Roadside Assistance network during the year 2021
Madrid, March 28, 2023. With the purpose of recognizing the effort, excellence in service and customer treatment, Allianz Partners held the award ceremony for the 'Best Provider' among its Roadside Assistance network. An event that was attended by representatives of more than 40 supplier companies, directors of Allianz Partners and members of the entity's Roadside Assistance team.
On this occasion, and unlike the first edition held a few years ago, 7 awards were presented, which recognize those companies that stand out for the excellence of their services, as well as the volume of activity in 'in situ' repairs, an indicator that The company values it very positively as it is integrated into its sustainability and customer care strategy. The winners were chosen, among other parameters, by the scores given by the users through satisfaction questionnaires, incidence and availability rate, claims and success in `in situ´ repairs.
The awards ceremony took place during a gala dinner, organized by Allianz Partners, which served as an excuse, once again, to bring together suppliers from different regions of the country and in which Borja Díaz, CEO of the entity, and Juan Antonio Torres, Chief Operations Officer, recognized the efforts of each company, highlighting the "commitment demonstrated year after year, which is reflected in the trust of customers who continue to trust Allianz Partners as a travel partner for all their trips" .

The 7 companies selected among the 50 Roadside Assistance providers with the highest activity in 2021 are: Grúas Alonso (Barcelona), Grúas La Variante (Murcia), Grúas Los Campones (Gijón), Grúas La Plana (Castellón), Grúas Docu (Cáceres ), Grúas Ortelli (Madrid) and Grúas Fermoauto (Madrid). Allianz Partners thus recovers a gala, which after the years of the pandemic could not be held and which they hope will become a tradition.
