-Andrea Coscelli, former UK CMA CEO, will join Keystone as Co-Head of Europe

LONDON and BRUSSELS, Nov. 29, 2022 /PRNewswire/ -- Keystone Strategy LLC (Keystone), a consultancy to top-tier technology companies, government agencies and global law firms on strategy, economics, technology and competition, today announced that Andrea Coscelli will join as partner and co-head of the European practice on January 3, 2023.

Dr Coscelli, a European expert on antitrust and competition economics, was CEO of the UK Competition and Markets Authority (CMA) for six years until last July. He will co-lead the company's European expansion alongside Cristina Caffarra, who established Keystone's European operations earlier this year with a full service of antitrust, economic and technology advice.

Before joining the CMA as a member of the executive council in 2013, Dr. Coscelli was Director of Competition Economics at Ofcom (the UK's telecommunications and media regulator) and a partner at Charles River Associates. He is a PhD in Economics from Stanford University.
