BOSTON, Nov. 15, 2022 /PRNewswire/ -- Ara Partners ("Ara") announced today that it has acquired a majority stake in Lincoln Terminal Holdings, LP ("Lincoln"), a leading renewable fuel logistics and infrastructure provider in Southeastern and Mid-Atlantic United States. Ara has also committed additional capital to support a significant expansion of the company's renewable fuels infrastructure footprint. Lincoln is the first investment for Ara's infrastructure strategy.

Headquartered in Greenville, South Carolina, Lincoln owns and operates five strategic rail storage and transshipment facilities in four states. Led by CEO Larry Burgamy and Chairman Josh Henderson, the company has a long history of developing, commercializing and operating infrastructure for the last-mile delivery of transportation fuels to end customers.
