JAKARTA, Indonesia, Jan. 30, 2023 /PRNewswire/ -- Archipelago International, the largest private and independent hotel group in Southeast Asia, today received the prestigious Caribbean News Digital Award: Tourism Company of the Year 2022 at the 18th Annual the Excelencias Awards, which took place at the International Fair (FITUR) in Madrid, Spain.

The Excelencias Awards were created 18 years ago by the Excelencias Group, a Spanish company specializing in communication in Latin America. The awards promote excellence in different fields related to tourism, gastronomy and culture in Latin America and have become a benchmark in these sectors.

The 2022 Tourism Company Award recognizes the expansion of Archipelago, with its ASTON Hotels brand, in the Caribbean in recent years and its contribution to the growth of the tourism sector in that region.
