The three-Michelin-star chef, Jesús Sánchez, the Sibuya group, the Rosi La Loca restaurant in Madrid and the VICIO virtual restaurant, are the winners of the 6th edition of The Best Digital Restaurants 2023 awards. The awards created by the digital newspaper DiegoCoquillat .com recognize those people and companies in the hospitality sector in Spain that have shown that the management of digital environments and innovation are one of its main transforming forces. They consist of four categories in the digital area: best chef, best group or franchise, best independent restaurant, and best virtual restaurant. They are the only awards in the world that recognize effort and work in digital management, creating a community around to the values of the brand, actively interacting with it and carrying out digital and technological initiatives that have a positive impact on the relationship with its customers, its environment and the company itself. The sixth edition of The Best Digital Restaurants awards has had the support of leading brands in the sector such as Makro Spain, Last.app, Covermanager, Restoo and ExpoHIP, sponsors of the event. They have been delivered at a gala that has been framed by a reflection on the new digital models and 4.0 restaurants, putting the finishing touch to an excellent edition of ExpoHIP, the largest innovation event in the horeca sector in Europe, which has been held at IFEMA Madrid, with an attendance of more than 35,000 professionals, making it the great innovation summit for the entire sector.First of all, the Best Digital Chef 2023 award was given by Chema León, Marketing Director from Makro Spain, to chef Jesús Sánchez, owner and Head Chef of the Cenador de Amós restaurant, awarded three Michelin stars and the National Gastronomy Award for the best Chef 2022, among many other recognitions.
