The Board of Directors, chaired by ret. General Udi Shani, thanks, appreciates, respects and recognizes his achievements, including projects worth hundreds of millions of dollars, outstanding in the field of armoring and protection.

Moshe Elazar, current CEO of Aeronautics, will replace Dani. The new CEO will take office in the coming months.
