GUATEMALA CITY, August 19, 2023 /PRNewswire/ -- In order to protect the electoral process, Dionisio Gutiérrez, president of Fundación Libertad y Desarrollo, made a call to the citizens, in the framework of the presentations of the First and the Second Survey of the Second Electoral Round in Guatemala, during the month of August.
