The company has launched different training programs thanks to agreements with different educational entities

Alicante, March 30, 2023.- DoDIT Entertainment, a company located in the Valencian Community Digital District, in Alicante, has become an important benchmark in the training of highly qualified professionals. Through the organization and creation of multiple projects linked to the technology, education and entertainment sector, mainly in the Gaming-Esports environment, the company offers national and international teachers and students the opportunity to develop their potential in the world of work.Since its creation, just over two years ago, DoDIT has maintained more than 30 collaboration agreements with Universities and Vocational Training Centers of the Valencian Community, such as the University of Alicante, the Miguel Hernández University of Elche, the University International University of Valencia or the Catholic University of Valencia. Likewise, the company also extends its network of agreements with university centers in other regions: UCAM, the University of Huelva, the University of Santiago de Compostela, the San Jorge University or the Distance University of Madrid, among others.Through these agreements academics, DoDIT pursues two objectives. On the one hand, to show students the wide range of job opportunities currently offered by the Gaming-Esports ecosystem, where more than 20 professional profiles are directly related to this environment, not only technological, such as law, marketing and communication. or graphic design, among others. On the other hand, give students an opportunity to do extracurricular internships in DoDIT, in different areas of the company. This initiative has allowed them both to discover how to share and experience how work is carried out within companies and related activities, as well as to begin to apply the knowledge learned in their training itineraries. Approximately 15% of the students who began as scholarship holders have become part of the company's staff, which shows DoDIT's involvement in promoting the development of local and national talent. At an international level, DoDIT's work also is known beyond our borders. Students of the Master's Degree in Esports Business from the Saudi Esports Academy, from Saudi Arabia, have carried out their academic internships at the company's facilities in the Valencian Community Digital District. This milestone has been possible thanks to the collaboration with the Saudi Esports Federation, which organizes the first master's degree in esports taught in the MENA (Middle East and North Africa) region. Esports Competitions for Students DoDIT is also the co-organizing company in Spain of the official esports competitions in the educational field: JUNIOR Esports (educational centers between 14 and 18 years old and FP) and Amazon UNIVERSITY Esports (universities). In our country, teams from 73 universities participate, in addition to other educational and technological projects that show the multitude of benefits of esports and gaming in education.
