DQS/, a company belonging to the Software Consulting sector, has achieved fourth position in the 50 to 100 employees category as one of The Best Companies to Work for in Spain in the Best Workplaces Spain 2023 Ranking. And for the second year it is the best consultant Microsoft specialist to work in Spain. The prestigious Ranking, in its 21st edition, was announced this week at the on-site awards ceremony, held at the Museo del Traje, in Madrid, by the consulting firm Great Place to Work®, leader in the construction and certification of Excellent Places to Work. For the 2023 edition, Great Place To Work® analyzed 394 companies of different sizes and sectors, which involved having the opinion of more than 380,000 workers. After a diagnosis of the organizational environment, which includes sending a questionnaire to employees and a specific evaluation of the culture of people management, DQS/ has obtained this recognition that certifies that it is an organization with a culture of high trust, in which its workforce is motivated to give their best of itself. Specifically, the results of the survey reveal the special assessment that its professionals make of Close relationships (98%), Collaboration between colleagues (98%) and Honesty of managers (98%); among other issues.
