Nana brings a wealth of experience and knowledge in leading, innovating, and growing information and technology services companies around the world. Most recently, he held the position of Senior Advisor at Cerberus Capital Management, where he served on the Board of several of its portfolio companies. Previously, he was a Board Member, Chairman and CEO of the global education company McGraw Hill, and Chairman of the Verisk Group (Nasdaq: VRSK), a leading data analytics company. He previously held positions such as Director of Operations for payment information and analysis company Argus and Director of Citibank's UK credit card business unit.
Nana holds a PhD in Applied Mathematics from the State University of New York, an MS in Mathematics from the Indian Institute of Technology, Delhi, and a BA with Honors in Mathematics from St. Stephens College, Delhi. She is also a Board Member of the Field Museum and Northern Westchester Hospital in Mount Kisco, New York.
