LAS VEGAS, Jan. 5, 2023 /PRNewswire/ -- Enabot, a family robotics startup, announced that its new family robot companion, the EBO X, has been named a CES 2023 "Innovation Award" in the categories of Smart Home and Robotics products on January 4. The EBO X will also be officially unveiled and on display from January 5-8 at CES 2023 in Las Vegas, Nevada.
Agile home security and health alert system
Positioned as a "smart gatekeeper", EBO X provides essential functions when users are away from family, enabled by automatic navigation and AI facial recognition technology. Among these functions, the Elderly Fall Alert helps to determine if an elder has fallen using the gesture inspection algorithm, while the Area Intrusion Alert allows users to mark locations on the internal map as restricted areas and Send alerts when someone, like a child, enters these areas without permission.
The EBO X also features reliable far-field sound sensors with a four-microphone array. If a child cries or someone at home suffers an emergency and asks for "HELP", the EBO X will detect it and activate a call from the App to the users.
EBO X can quickly and accurately map your home using V-SLAM technology, enabling precise zone division and management.
Flexible remote communication capabilities
With the EBO Home app and 4K stabilized camera, the EBO X allows multiple family members to connect and chat online simultaneously. Everyone can be viewed from the EBO X's perspective. Additionally, users can leave a message by typing a text message that the EBO X will convert into a voice message.
Diverse home entertainment experience
To become a true interactive companion, EBO X combines Alexa integrated services, superior sound quality and exciting light effects to bring fun to the whole family.
EBO X can easily connect to any Alexa service that allows you to control IoT devices. When you stream music, the dedicated speaker with Harman AudioEFX technology will give you a wonderful audio experience. And the dynamic lighting effect will change with the rhythm of the song and even with changes in the environment.
