MUNICH, Dec. 8, 2022 /PRNewswire/ -- EVE Energy Co., Ltd., ("EVE"; SHE 300014) one of the world's leading battery technology companies, took the stage in Munich to present its major products and solutions at the Electronica 2022 fair, which was held from November 15 to 18.

First held in 1964, Electronica has become the world's leading trade fair and conference for the electronics industry, providing a platform for industry experts to discuss the development of the global electronics sector.

At Electronica, EVE presented how it contributes to the global energy transition and carbon neutrality around the world through its innovative battery technology and integrated solution. Products on display included consumer batteries and energy storage solutions.

EVE showcased the company's efforts in innovation-driven development while continuing to provide quality power solutions to customers in various industries. The product range included lithium thionyl chloride batteries, lithium manganese dioxide batteries, battery capacitors, LFP prismatic cells, NCM prismatic cells, NCM pocket cells, large cylindrical cells, and 12V/48V battery systems.

"In the field of new energy, China's industrial chain has led the way, with the country providing products and services to the world in the form of a complete industrial chain," said Dr. Jincheng Liu, President of EVE. "In the midst of today's challenging environment, EVE will work with global supply chain partners to build our global manufacturing and delivery service capabilities, relying on technology and solutions from China to serve global customers."

In Electronica, large cylindrical cells took center stage. They can be adapted for use in different types of cars and SUVs in different scenarios. Its energy density reaches 350 Wh/kg and its super-fast charging is possible in just nine minutes. The EVE pilot large column cell line has produced over half a million samples to date with a high overall superiority rate. The launch of a series production line will further increase the rate of product excellence and consistency, while the company has also received letters of nomination from Chengdu Dayun Auto Group and BMW Group for these products and services.

The company also introduced its LFP battery module. They use a new generation technology that provides a longer useful life, greater safety and greater resistance to temperature. They can be widely used in various commercial vehicles and energy storage scenarios.

EVE's lithium batteries have also been awarded China's "National Manufacturing Single Champion Product" award. The company's consumer battery products include primary lithium batteries, small lithium-ion batteries and cylindrical batteries. They serve world-class industrial and consumer brands, widely used in smart meters, auto electronics, smart security, electronic fogger, smart clothing, TWS earphones, power tools, electric two-wheelers, and vacuum cleaners, among others.

EVE has become a major player in the global consumer battery market, supplying the global market with 1.7 billion smart meter batteries to date. The company has also led the industry's global sales and exports from China for six consecutive years.

EVE has continued to invest in its industrial structure, building factories throughout China. It also plans to build factories in Hungary, Malaysia and other countries. Production capacity is expected to reach 100 GWh by the end of 2022, with further expansion in the following two years. To this end, the company has invested in the construction of a new R&D center. The facilities will support the development of battery power and energy storage technology, while driving innovation.
