Saher brings deep human factors engineering (HFE) experience to his new role that spans 20 years and spans the defense, aerospace, nuclear, oil and gas, and medical device sectors. His extensive experience includes human engineering, user interface design, usability testing, systems engineering, ergonomic design, risk management and other related disciplines. His pragmatic leadership and application of human-centered design principles have contributed significantly to commercial and government product design, development and lifecycle management, operations, and sustainability.
