The awards, five Gold and one Silver for Hipoges, reflect Hipoges' leadership in the sector, being the company with the highest number of awards in all categories of Real Estate Servicing
Hipoges, the leading servicer in the sector in Spain, has managed to win six awards in different categories at the grand gala of the 'CMS Group Europe Best Performance 2023' awards, where excellence in the Real Estate servicing sector has been awarded. The gala was held last Thursday, July 6, at the Gran Teatro CaixaBank Príncipe Pío, in Madrid, and was held by CMS Group, a company that organizes professional events, focused on managers and decision makers, for the motivation and business innovation, recognized worldwide. Hipoges stood out as the company that achieved the most awards in the different categories, obtaining five gold awards and one silver, highlighting its Real Estate area with three specific awards. Regarding the categories in which Hipoges has recently been awarded, This is the list and summary of the awards and their respective team leaders or work area: • Gold for Best strategy in the management of problematic assets, in one of the portfolios managed by Hipoges there was an asset initially made up of 30 hotel rooms illegally converted into 20 apartments by the debtor. In turn, registered in the registry as a single registered property for commercial use and registered in the cadastre as 23 homes. Hipoges managed to provide a solution to the client by legalizing the asset and selling it for individual homes. • Gold Best innovation of a Proptech applied to the Real Estate Servicing sector with an explanation of the Reva app. Reva seeks to provide a solution to improve efficiency in asset management from the beginning to the commercialization of assets through technology. Reva allows to achieve considerable savings in terms of logistics and travel; quality of audits, checks and evaluation; and creation of multimedia assets of the properties. • Gold in Best public-private collaboration strategy in real estate asset management and the initial planning of the migration of the largest portfolio of NPL and REOS assets in Spain was planned in 6 months. After the start of the project, the deadlines were reduced to just 3 months thanks to a great effort in people and technology. • Gold for best practices in mortgage management for the HAMS management system. In the absence of a real estate servicing management technology system that would adapt to a multi-client and multi-portfolio reality, in 2017, Hipoges decided to develop its own technology. The objective is to cover these needs. Today HAMS, which is what the system is called, has become the secret of Hypoges' success. • Gold for Best strategy in the management and servicing of secured credit portfolios. Hipoges had to manage a very particular asset. A student residence made up of 30 complete apartments belonging to a debtor who could not meet his payment obligations. They not only managed the legal part for the possession of the asset, but they also took care of the management of rentals and a sale auction. Its profitability was outstanding.• Silver in Best practices in Facility Management, maintenance and adaptation of real estate assets. Hypoges had to face quite the challenge of preparing an asset. Specifically, a residential development made up of 21 homes, garages and storage rooms that required a great physical and legal adaptation work. Finally, the first occupancy license was obtained, as well as the start-up of all the building's facilities for sale.
