As it moves towards a greener future, King Steel made its first commitment in 2022 to achieve net zero emissions by 2050. Complementing this goal, the company has committed to reducing its carbon footprint by 1% annually .
This year, King Steel also joined the RE 10x10 initiative, a collaborative effort among industry leaders to accelerate the transition to renewable energy.
