Liposuction was the most common surgical procedure in 2022 as it was in 2021, with more than 2.3 million procedures and an increase of 21.1%. Chemical peels enter the top five replacing non-surgical skin tightening.

Breast augmentation remains the most common surgical procedure for women, with 2.2 million procedures and a significant 29% increase compared to 2021. All breast procedures show remarkable growth over the previous year, with more than 4.4 million breast procedures and an increase of 25%.
